Managing Change

Successful businesses and organisations change and adapt to ensure they remain both commercially viable and fit-for-purpose. The process of managing change is usually complex and challenging.

Understanding the traditions which underpin the organisation, and the impact of change upon it, positively supports the

transition process and leads to a redefined, re-focused and dynamic approach.

Rural Sector Solutions has worked with a range of clients to facilitate and deliver effective change management and cultural change. It’s able to both support and implement the process with sensitivity and clarity to achieve positive outcomes.

Case Study

All of the case studies featured on this website involve change management and culture change. The Hadlow College – Princess Christian’s Farm Project resulted in major changes for both the staff and clients at an operational and cultural level. The process required sensitive management to ensure everyone was fully informed of the changes and had an opportunity to comment upon and influence the outcomes.

The work with Kent County Agricultural Society involved major challenges to the status quo and resulted in significant changes to the way the society operates in the future. To achieve meaningful change requires a clear, transparent and focused approach which fully engages key players and those directly affected by the outcomes.

Stuart worked really effectively with the Society during an important period of change and helped us establish our strategic direction for the future. His unique overview of Kent’s rural sector and experience of managing change were invaluable.
